Question 1

Is it legal?

Accepted Answer

Yes — 100%! All the THC in Fizzy Lifting is derived from Georgia-grown hemp, which is fully legal under both federal and state law. Hemp and marijuana come from the same cannabis plant family — the only difference is THC content. By definition, hemp contains 0.3% THC or less by dry weight, while marijuana contains more.

The THC in Fizzy Lifting is 100% naturally occurring Delta-9 THC, never synthesized or converted from CBD. It’s the very same compound that gives marijuana its euphoric effects — just sourced from hemp and crafted within the limits of the law.

In short: we extract Delta-9 THC directly from hemp, refine it into a concentrated form, emulsify it for water solubility, and blend it seamlessly into our beverages. Science, sparkle, and legality — all in one can.

Question 2

Can it get you high?

Accepted Answer

Sure can! The Delta-9 THC in Fizzy Lifting is the same molecule responsible for the classic cannabis “high.” Each recipe is thoughtfully designed with a balanced blend of cannabinoids to create distinct experiences — from mellow daytime sips to a more euphoric float.

Just like enjoying an adult beverage, please sip responsibly. Effects vary by person, and Fizzy Lifting should not be consumed during pregnancy or while trying to become pregnant.

Question 3

How long does it take to kick in?

Accepted Answer

Everyone’s lift-off time is a little different, but thanks to our nano-tech infusion, Fizzy Lifting has one of the fastest onsets in the industry. Most people begin to feel the effects within 5–30 minutes, with the full experience unfolding gradually.

The effects typically last 1.5 to 2.5 hours, similar to a standard beer — though this can vary depending on individual metabolism and tolerance. If you’re new to THC beverages, start slow and give your body time to catch up before cracking open another.

Question 4

Question 5

What are the ingredients?

Accepted Answer

We keep things clean and natural. Each can of Fizzy Lifting is made with triple-filtered, pH-balanced water, real fruit and natural flavors (including terpenes for a botanical twist), and hemp-derived CBD and Delta-9 THC.

Every ingredient is listed right on the can — because what you sip should be as transparent as it is tasty.
